I take a stimulant (slow release Methylanphenidate) + an antidepressant (Parnate {MAOI} 'Im aware of the potentiation interaction ^BP = Fairly stable^')#. & Baclofen.
But sometimes I accidentally take extra Methylanphenidate and stay awake for a long period of time.
I was wondering if anyone knows if it is beneficial to take a major tranquilizer (anti psychotic that your familiar with at not to high of a dose) with at least a 24 hr half life + lots of vitamins / amino acids / precursors when you crash and sleep for like 16 hours then awake and take a smaller dose or "holiday / break" from your regular anti-depressant cocktail (the stimulant in particularly). Eat try and exercise a bit watch some movies (basically lay low) then take the Tranquilizer again and repeat for a week or so then cease the tranquilizer and resume your med cocktail at the current or reduced dose and in order to reduce your tolerance and neuro toxicity.
Anyone else do or this or recommend this?
Or do you think you are better off not hibernating (taking a break) and resume your current regime and try and get your shit together in order to get off the medication and begin a new happier healthier lifestyle?
