Hello everyone......I hope I am posting this in the right area.....
Hoping someone can help me here I am getting a bit nervous....
I have been taking kratom or opiates on and off for around 10 or 12 years..... The last 2 years I have been taking hydromorphone...... My breathing keeps getting worse and worse especially at night and when I wake up after sleeping..... I feel like I am just going to go to sleep and not wake up....... My breathing feels so shallow...I feel like my dose is not that big but maybe it is bigger then I think? I usually plug around 12 mgs per day....... I start small like 2 mgs and then just add when needed throughout the day.... I have no set pattern.... I figure its better to keep the body confused...... This way I never really have to increase the total dose......
Is there anything I can do to get my breathing back to normal? I am fairly lean but I barely do any cardio......If I did regular cardio can I get back to normal.....Or breathing exercises or anything like that......I tried to search to find a good thread on this topic but did not find anything......Any help with this would be so much appreciated....
