A few weeks ago this meditation basically led me to have an amazing orgasm.. :D
First though, info on what lies behind the meditation…
Shiva resides in the Sahasrāra Chakra and Shakti in the Mūlādhāra Chakra (important for later). When Prakriti and Purusha unite in the Sahasrāra Chakra, knowledge, knower and the object of knowledge become one. Once we have experienced this no desires remain within us because we realise unequivocally that everything we have ever yearned for is carried within us. In this state of absolute consciousness there are no polarities and therefore no more sorrows; there is only everlasting joy, unconditional love, unlimited compassion and total understanding for all living beings.
For as long as consciousness is connected to the physical body it is unable to remain constantly in the Sahasrāra Chakra and so returns to the residence of the Ātmā in the Heart Centre (Anāhata Chakra). A realised person always thinks, feels and acts from the heart. Embedded in eternal love and eternal happiness, that person is always conscious of the immortal Ātmā, the ocean of bliss, and their consciousness is forever connected to the divine consciousness.
The difference in what I believe is that we are connected even now to this Consciousness...we just have to peel back the onion layer to see/feel it.
So awhile back I started paying a bit more attention to the process self-realization. I’ve always realized that was akin to attainment, but it seemed very far away. Recently, I read several texts…the main being Nisargadatta…’I Am That’…very good in the form of a questioner and his replies…
Anyway, I began doing different meditations to see what real results I could gather from reflection and relaxation…all that.
As I came to find out more about Shakti (above) I learned it is connected to Kundalini. I’ve thought for a while that what has happened to me when I start not sleeping, thinking and connecting ‘God’ with pure energy and light..Eye of Ra…and all manner of connections…Vedic texts, etc…that this was a manifestation of Kundalini which I did not know how to channel, nor ground myself, so it didn’t get out of hand…which apparently happens a lot.
Long story short……I started doing this meditation-wasn’t on YouTube-but this guy who was doing a Shakti meditation…his site was all about Kundalini and how it relates to self-realization through Shakti energy..…so about 5 minutes into this…I started feeling some heat-good heat-between my legs…then a minute or two later..was getting pretty damn strong…where I was thinking…wow…wtf…But I stayed with it…esp since it was feeling really good…
Then holy shit, about 10 minutes through this damn thing..I felt the feeling that I was about to cum..lol…the point at which when you’re really fucking you start thinking ‘bring it on’…Then probably 2 minutes later-a full blown orgasm..I’m telling you..it was damn good too. It was like a kind where you’ve been holding back for a long time having some serious sex…and then BAM…! It definitely hit like a BAM..I couldn’t believe it…haha
I just sat there while the guy was still talking through the meditation…which was not sexual at all…but talking about feeling that energy in the root chakra (between your legs), also referred to above as the Mūlādhāra Chakra..directly related to Shakti energy. Guess I felt it alright..heh...woke something up
So I figured before I went back to it…I needed to find out more about it..and have, although I haven't seen where it's directly related to having them...In this chakra, however, it is said that this where sexual energy lies.
I’m going to do the meditation later..after a workout..so energy will be more grounded. I shall post results…hmmm.
mmm..Muladhara..sexo...After finding out some more about it...It seems that if energy is blocked further up that your energy will become stronger in the ones below...so BAM
These are just the 3rd dimensional ones...there are also 4 & 5D that are above the crown.
