shake in powder?

So Im sure this is a dumb and common question, but I have looked all over BL and other places and still haven't found the answer.

So on rare occasions I smoke a lil crystal with friends. I had brought I nice pile to put in oil burner for us, maybe 2 loads, and excuse myself a minute to take a leak. When I returned, my white pile was checkered with green. Someone thought adding shake to the bowl of crystal would be a great addition.

I haven't allowed it yet as I have heard it destroys the crystal when vaped together. Or am I completley wrong? Any experience in such?

Nope, definitely will not destroy the crystal. I’ve vaped crystal with flower, smoked it with flower, etc. The crystal/trichomes will just make make the whole experience stronger.
