Opioids shady poppy dealers

so i started this topic as ive heard people talk about an internet poppy dealer being a fed or something similar

i know that theres no sources allowed so we cant talk about the specific distributor.

but i was wondering what the chances would be of this?

ive been ripped off by one of the most famous dealer, as im sure alot of you have been.

i have a new one which likes to give you nice large pods the first time you buy them but then after a while likes to make them smaller and smaller so your still paying the same price but your not getting what u pay for any more.
is this a internet standard for all dealers? to kind of hook u in with a good deal then slowly start ripping u off???

Giving an incentive to buy and then slowly start ripping you off is business, pretty much every business does it, so illegal ones would probably be more prone
