I would think it would help ease the pain of a girl losing her cherry - after all it kills pain.
As far as performance problems in males, well have a hard, if not impossible time finsihing the deed. I cna almost never cum when I'm high on opiates. I can get hard as a rock but can't cross the finish line. If that's your problem, don't sweat it, I think it's fairly common.

I've never had a problem getting it up & do oc's quite often. The down side is getting off. I have noticed that he starts out really super hard, and it stays that way for a while. Then, however it begins to get limp.
