serious THC drug test question HELP!

i spent the last 4 days in a 7day detox and am being transitioned into a rehab...well theY sent me home early from the detox but will be testing me before getting into to the detox...i have been at home 3 days smoking herb..

i will be getting a lab test , they claim that they can distinguish level changes , and that they would be able to tell if I've smoked in the last 7 day (the amount of time i was supposed to be clean)

CAN A LAB TEST REALLY TELL IF I WAS SMOKING THE LAST 3 DAYS IF THERE WAS ALREADY ALOT OF THC IN MY SYSTEM??? (BEEN SMOKING EVERYDAY)

PLEASE HELP!! to the best of your knowledge

no drug testing questions allowed but to kill the thread yes you are probably fucked if they do a gc/ms analysis (what you're describing)
