Serious lactic acid buildup

I stopped working out for a month due to bupe w.d, and last week I did 7 supersets of chin/pull ups/rows, then the next day I did a quick 7 sets of regular and diamond pushups

It's been like 5 days and I'm still sore as FUCK. Ive been eating a lot of protein so I don't think it's a deficiency, but i released so much lactic acid my muscles have been like 60% this whole time. I don't ever remember being this sore from lactic acid buildup even when I abstained from lifting for more than a month. I'm 21 but do you think age has anything to do with it?
