Stimulants Serdexmethylphenidate

Just for kicks but there is a improved versio of XR Dextro-Methylphenidate [d-MPH].
A combination of d-MPH IR and Serdexmethylphenidate, a prodrug for d-MPH unheard of till now for me.

Sounds good, compared with the bad resluts I got from straight. MPH, though somewhere i read, here likely.
Conflicting thing s bout the dextro isomer.
Way less Peripheneral side effects/ way more smooth vs doesn t matter only a lower dose is required.
XR is must so is some IR with this compound. Not that I probably ever try it, has some on here did.

Wonder how the effects are, a comparison with Dextro-Amphetamine IR/ XR, would also be nice.
But its pretty unknown, though there is a med containing that combo for ADHD out.

I was rx’d Azstarys-both the mid and the high dose and it didn’t last 16hrs-maybe 5-6.

Currently trialing Dyanavel XR-just picked up my rx yesterday. I have to work 2-10pm…Vyvanse only lasts about 4hrs so I’m hoping dyanavel will last longer-but I’m not so optimistic. Instead of rx’ing a smaller afternoon Ir booster, my doc just keeps upping the dose and then switching the med. not sure how this is better or more desirable than staying at a medial dose and just adding a boost for afternoon.

So you were on it how was it, my experience is limited to Methylphenidate.
And think its wortthless for me.
So the SerDexMethylphenidate sounded as most improved Phenidate based med.
Especially the combo with IR DexMethylPhedidate.

But now your on pharma dl-Amphetamine, heard it was around.
Not here though, but Dex-Amphetamine is which does the job very well.
Knock on , one pharmacist producing it/ one insurance that covers it.
In my case i assume better the racemic would, that is only illegal available.
But high quality, and Speed and Dex seem ime like two different drugs.

On Speed i get high, especially going recreative. dex, not possible i tried.
add: YMMV, most will get high on d-Amphetame too. Probably i am the exception,
that confirms the rule
