sent to health clinic for drug test; can health clinic tell company of my suspicious

company that recently hired me sent me to a health clinic for drug test; is it liability issue for the health clinic to advise the new company of my suspicious behaviors while taking the drug test: antsy, hands shaking, didn't take a piss right away tried because I couldn't and waited 15 minutes after drinking water, cold-sweat, nervousness, etc.

or is it forbidden for health clinics to do that and to stick only to what the company asked for them to do: the drug test, nothing more nothing less? Anyone who's probably in the health field/or has friend in the health field I'd appriecate the response
