When I smoke weed (or have smoked it earlier in the day), I find it a bit difficult to concentrate (most apparent when masturbating). Aside from the obvious and common reasons, I've had trouble concentrating on fantasies / images / videos because the scene turns into a bunch of smiles, i.e. the breasts look like one-eyed twins and are much less arousing than they should be (monsters don't arouse me very much). It's kind of like when someone makes a face with their stomach but it's much more distracting and uncontrollable. Obviously, if I want this effect to go away, I should reduce/stop smoking weed, but I was wondering if others have experienced similar effects?
