So my guy keeps on telling me to stay away from the latest mints. Whether that's true or not is a different story and that's for a different thread. What he does have is what he calls sassafras molly, this is the first I here of it, does anyone have any experience or any information on this?

It's an old-school term that pre-dates molly, originating from dead tour going back to the days when MDMA was still legal!

My guess is that it's MDMA that wasn't washed. As a result it is brown and smells a lot like sass would (rootbeer/licorice/anise.)
If you buy any post a pic and I should be able to tell if you have what I'm referring to.
Also, I've been reagent testing mints and there haven't been any bad ones lately. Some of the presses are getting mighty thin, but other than that they're all still good.

most likely this^ but he could also be talking about MDA (which has been going around...) the thing is lately i have been having to explaing the sass / sassafras oil / saffrole difference to just about everyone so it goes to show that ppl simply arent up with the vernacular...

for a mdma/mda mixed pill/powder, the robadope would be necessary to confirm the mda. the simons would react blue for the mdma regardless, while the mda doesnt react but is still present. if you tested mda-only, the marquis/mecke/mandelin + simons would be conclusive.
And how many confirmed MDMA/MDA pills have there been in the last 5 yrs? I think one and it was just listed up on ED with like 2mg of mda mixed in. Nobodys mixing MDMA with mda unless they know that its being mixed. But yea I guess if u want to get all technical then go get yourself a robadope. Waste of money if u ask me!

Totally agree yanker. its rare as hell and i dont see it becoming common anytime soon. its a great combo and mda is easier to make, so why dont these pressers do 50/50 mdma/mda combo and make their pills alot better. robadope reagents are apparently hard to find nowadays anyway.

If I was going to be selling Sassafras Molly - it would be MDMA as close to "organic" and semi-synthetic as possible...literally using sassafras oil as a precursor, and then using it to synthesize MDMA - not everyone does this. There are other routes, including totally synthetic.
However the fact he is telling you to stay away from the latest tabs makes me wonder whether he simply wants a monopoly over your MDMA usage.

ive rolled the hardest from brown/amber crystals versus white powder/clear chunks(this may have nothing to do with the color whatsoever, i have no idea). apparently it means it hasnt been through the acetone wash, but it has no effect on potency or desired effects, i believe. you could probably do an acetone wash and make your brown mdma clear/white, but is it even worth the effort? maybe our dutch masters can chime in.....

Like faced I've had my best rolls on dark tan or brown molly also. I get disappointed now if the molly I get is white or clear. Prob color makes no difference but I'm partial to the darker stuff now just because of those previous experiences.

yeah, at least a year ago @bananas&oranges. its old news. ive actually only rolled like 4 times in all of 2012(1st yellow As + purple Y, 1st purple O, dark blue O + neon green A, new lighter blue Os.) i think at my age (30) 4 to 6 times a year is all im willing to do. especially considering my past abuse with mdxx and my pill count(200+ easy). i still have my fun with it, but not like in my teens/early 20s WHOOO BOYYY
