In my area you can buy an 'insence burner' at any smoke shop or a '5 dollar corn dog' at most gas stations

make your own:
step 1 acquire glass test tube and a blowtorch
step 2 hold flame up to the end of the test tube
step 3 blow in the tube from the opposite side that is being lit, this will create the bubble.
step 4 while glass is still soft, poke a hole somehwere on the bubble
step 5 let dry
tadah! you now have made a glass phallus, and you made it exactly how everybody else does! now you can smoke your meth as you please.
however, i've noticed your threads and they don't fall into harm reduction which is mainly our focus here at OD. asking where to get drugs or in this case paraphernaelia is not something you would post here. maybe in drug culture you would get more responses, why not post there? i notice that you're new, so i suggest you read the guidelines of any forum you post in.
