Salvia 10x -- Second Experience -- Guided by the Wise Old Man

About a year ago I bought some 10x salvia extract offline. When it got to my friends house we smoked some in his car (while it was parked) and I had a real pleasant trip. I had about a half of the gram left and I didn't smoke any again for about a week because it was fun but not that great.

The night that i finished off the rest of it was amazing.

I was sitting in an armchair in my room listening to Return To Forever's Romantic Warrior and decided to finish off my salvia. I turned off the lights and lit a candle and had a lavalight on but that's it. I packed a little glass bowl with the rest of the salvia on top of a screen and got probably two giant hits off of it, holding each one for probably 20-30 seconds. As soon as the bowl was killed I put it in a drawer and out of reach so I couldnt knock anything over and make a mess. Then I layed down on my bed and closed my eyes.

The initial feeling I've always gotten from salvia is one of feeling really heavy, almost sinking into the couch or chair that I was sitting on. This time was the same, and then the feeling of disassociation and confusion kicked in. Some people don't like that feeling too much, but I enjoy it a lot and instead of trying to fight it just go with it and have a great time.

My first series of CEVs was of a massive landscape that was barren and red, like Mars or some foreign planet. There were rifts and canyons everywhere, and little men with boulders on their backs were making these rianbow bridges across the canyons. I couldn't talk to any of them myself, but standing next to me the whole time was an old man (the wise man) and he would ask them the questions that I wanted to ask them myself.

I walked along a path that led to a beach with palm trees and clear blue water. I had just broken up with a girlfriend that day and there was a house on the beach that men were tearing down with crowbars, and the house had this girls' picture all over it. Curious..

After that I walked up this mountain with a lighthouse on top that was shining this very bright blue light, and when I tried to focus on that light I sortof zoomed out and off of the mountain, and saw that the whole planet was actually my brain. I kept flying outward until I was in the corner of my room, looking at myself laying on the bed, eyes closed.

After that I woke up and felt like I had just taken a very long nap. The entire experience was very eye opening... Any similar experiences??

My friend and I smoked a gram of 5x extracts and it did NOTHING.

the guy at the hemp shop was telling me that it needs to be heated up a lot for it to actually work...but i was too stoned to remember the details..
Right after, we parked, smoked it from a pipe, and like i said, nothing at all
Im not giving up on saliva though. I was planning on buying the leaves and chewing it next time...is this method guaranteed to work?

get_rawkin: Both methods are, but chewing will be pretty subtle compared to smoking, but it is the way the leaves were originally ingested by the Shamans.

You need the right mindset and setting for salvia to do anything, and when it works.. you'll be surprised. It can take many attempts to get it right, but the best way tot ry is in a dark room, with a friend, that will take the bong off you etc.. Take it all in one big hit and try to keep it in as long as possible.. A big bongload of real 5x extract would do the job, but if not, get your friend to re-pack another. Don't have any music playing and try to do it in a quiet place, without people and noise.
