I know in general "diet pills" and "appetite suppressants" aren't very healthy and can fuck with your heart. I haven't actually done much research on them but I figured I'd start here first for help with the direction I should be looking in !
Basically, I am looking for safer kinds of appetite supressant, not necessarily for losing weight but to help during days when I need to curb my appetite for several hours or so. These wouldn't be taken daily, at most maybe 3-4 times a week and for no more than a month or two. I will still be eating healthy, but I'm hoping these will help regulate my eating patterns/schedule. If at all possible, I'd also like something that will help boost my energy, as I expect not eating for hours at a time will have an effect on the amount of energy I will have during my day.
Any suggestions? Please no criticisms.. I know it's not the smartest idea and I should just stick with a healthy diet and regular exercise to gain more energy and keep a stable weight so I don't need to be told that. I'm just looking for other people's experiences with "diet pills" or whatever they are called and if there are any somewhat more risk-free kinds to try out. Thanks!
