Internet Safari bowser for OS != Mac?

At work we need to run some tests using a Safari browser, and it turns out it's only available for MacOs.
But maybe one of you guys who are so clever with using the internet for all kinds of stuff know a solution (ideally for linux, but windows would do, too)
 
Wine on linux?

Will version 5 of safari do? It is the only latest version available which will also run on windows obviously.

assuming the users you're testing for are using safari, they're running it on macos so why not get a mac and test it on macos?

I need to test customized bootstrap modals.
I do the last QA before something's delivered to our client, and apparently the developers forget to implement whatever they have to implement for those modals to work on Safari.
The one who has a Mac is our boss, and I'm tired of explaining to him what and how he has to test.

Isn't wine only for Windows?
We need Safari whatever is actual, unfortunately.

Mac is getting more and more annoying, like my mom had to buy a new phone because of the OS which WhatsApp doesn't support anymore. She gave me her old iphone so I could do Safari tests in that, but it locked me out after an update and nobody remembers the Mac ID.

And they say I'm making my life difficult by running Oracle Linux (because of the DB for the above mentioned web application)
 
I need a Mac simulator.
Because I won't buy anything Apple.
Maybe I should buy a bullwhip for either the developers or my boss 😆

i got the impression that you were doing this for work i.e. your company would pay for it.

i get that some people dislike apple but sometimes a business requirement, or necessity, takes priority over a preference like that.

anyhoo, sounds like browserstack might do what you need.

It's for work, but the company has less money than I do. Or so it seems. But you're right, it can't hurt to ask. And maybe the client will help. THEY have money.
 
If your boss has a Mac you can use the instructions to get a legit iso to test on a VM, what I would do if push came to shove is get the cheapest Mac I could find and pull an iso and throw the Mac in a closet and forget about it
 
I can download an iso from my mom's partner's Mac. Saturday, will get there at 8 am instead at 1 pm for lunch and stay the thing is done. They have an ok internet, so it might be possible.
9.6GB or so over 4G mobile connection took 13 hours.
 
macOS cannot be 16gigs, i'd under 8 or 21.

whoever compressed is either modified with useless preinstalled things or amateur who hasnt enable Javelin code, so most size in macos as linux is terminal which is about 200mb.

so i'd be a clean iso of 8.5GB.

then you seem dodgy anyway you say you work in IT but you ask for MacOS simulator for Windows there's none, of this. Ever

if so i'd be https://simuos.com/ which are java scripts that mimics.. omg
