Hi BL community. I'm looking for some harm reduction info on the effects of using diamorphine and S(+) isomer ketamine within the same time period. I want to avoid any complications that may be caused by the above interaction. The most important one being respiratory failure. Is it best to give both of these drug classes(opiates & dissociatives) a wide birth in terms of keeping them separated in usage? Thank you!
