Rigs
Greenlighter
so, yesterday i went and made an appointment to see a new psychiatrist with the intent to once again score some much need amphetamine salts. in the limited contact ive had with his receptionist it became very obvious that hes a candy-man. this if off of his website:

i need advice on what my story should be when i go see him. i have serious past mental health concerns and drug abuse history that in many ways both qualifies and disqualifies me from any kind of stim. previous Rx includes..
1 year Rx adderal use (ages 13 to 14)
1 year Rx dexadrine use (ages 16-17)
1.5 year xanax Rx use (ages 15-16)
1.5 year clonazepam Rx use (ages 16-17)
These were all perscribed to me by my two previous docs, who know all about my history and have since cut me off after my i got out of my last rehab stint in Oct.
When i made the original appoitment, i told the receptionist that my insurance quit paying for my old doc that was giving me stims so i was looking for a new add specialist. this of course is a huge lie. now that i think back on it im not sure this was the best tact, seeing as he may want to contact my old doc just to make sure im not a "drug seeker".
I was diagnosed at 5 with add, so i dont think convincing him that the medication would benefit me in every way will be a problem. its just a question of if the benefits outweigh the risks.
The way i see it i can either lie and risk him finding out, or tell the truth and hope hes cool like that. How should i play this? All tips, suggestions, or personal experiences would be greatly appreciated.
