This is a rather typical experience for me, especially the pharms (I normally exceed RX doses, so if not for the quite powerful batch of Butyrfent HCL I had at the time, my roxy (straight, instant release oxycodone with no APAP for those who live in countries where they're called Oxynorm, Oxyfast, whatever) dose would have probably been 150-200mg or more. Xanax would probably have been 20mg or so as well. The Butyrfentanyl HCL I was doing in doses of 6-7 large match heads, insuff, except times my worn out veins decided to give. It was quite powerful and I kept re-dosing far more often than I needed to. I know, eyeballing fent analogs would be considered a dumb ass thing by most, but my own death doesn't scare me (I kinda look forward to it) and, as I've said before, when it comes to drugs I enjoy, I like to play with fire. So much for HR. In the interest of HR, for those of you who care if you live or die, please take my dosages of ANYTHING with a grain of caution. I don't want anyone who may not have my tolerances, and/or cares if they live, to die because they assumed they could safely dose what I do. So now that the HR disclaimer is taken care of, let's begin, shall we?
I took the 90mg oxy (6 roxy 15s) in a single dose, along with the 16mg Xanax (1/2 isuff, 1/2 sub-L), then hit the shower while I waited for the pills to kick in. By the time I had finished my shower, pills start having effect. I dry and change clothes, then open my bag of Butyrfent. I take a guitar pick and dip into the bag, taking enough to make a nice little pile on the pick's tip (about like if you crushed the head of a large-headed, long kitchen match) and put that on the counter, repeating until I have about 6 piles that size (my usual dose for the BF I was getting at the time), and sniffed them with a 3 inch piece of drinking straw. Effects were immediate and potent (as this batch always was, even when just taking the BF itself ). Combined with the roxy and xanny, it was that much better.
I walk into the dining room and sit at table with my laptop. Soon, I find myself nodding and leaning way to the side (almost falling) out of the chair. I keep doing this every few minutes. A couple of hours later (2~3?) I get the bright idea that another round of butyr fent piles would be even better, so I do that. Now there is no hiding the fact that I am high as gas, so much so that a family member suggests that I go to bed (it's early afternoon and I'm gonna keep this party going, so I say "I'm fine, really. This stuff just makes me drowsy when I combine it with my meds". She accepts my answer, so I continue surfing the internet. Every few hours, I do another round of Butyr fent piles until, sometime that evening, I get the really bright idea that I should eat more oxy, more xanny, and shoot a couple match heads of Butyr fent (I had a vein pop back up that was begging for it). I gather my rigs, cooker and drugs as soon as the pill re-dose starts kicking in (I forget how many roxy 15s and xanny bars I ate) and head to the bathroom. I make up my shot, tie my boot lace tourniquet, found the vein (on the first try, quite a feat for me considering I wore my veins out long ago), and pushed my shot home. I had a few minutes to enjoy it (and it was great) before waking up on the bathroom floor, tourniquet untied and bent needle still in my arm. IDK how long I was out, but thank goodness my girlfriend was in the living room watching T.V. with my Aunt, keeping her occupied. It must have just been for a few minutes because they didn't notice my absence. I look at my junked up looking reflection in the mirror, still high as gas, notice the strawberry on my forehead, and say "wow, this stuff is great".
So, that is my trip report on this combo, which is my favorite cocktail so far (even better if you have some booze to wash the pills down with). It's similar to heroin and Xanax (my other favorite combo), but with it's own nuance. Again, I'm not saying that opioid naive people should do close to this (or anyone, for that matter, if you really care if you live). I'm just giving my trip report for this combo, which I find thoroughly enjoyable. So, now, everyone can start telling me how stupid I am for doing this combo repeatedly, many times.
