I have a quick question for the brain trust, most of whom are well beyond my humble skills, I am micro-dosing kratom 1.5 grams x 3, and still I am wide awake all night, and I haver some Ropinirole at my disposal, is a dopamine agonist safe to consume not alongside kratom, but rather several hours after consuming kratom in micro-amounts? Thank you for any insights.

What is your purpose here? Are you withdrawing from opioids which is why you can't sleep?

Are you using this to mitigate RLS? Or is this a medication prescribed to you?

Either way, I can't think of any direct contraindication here other that increased typical sided effects from both drugs.

Proceed cautiously but you should be fine.

I've had kratom have severe interactions with various medications, but never a dopamine agonist.

Both, I am still having symptoms of wd from tramadol almost a month after stopping, but mostly I am completely unable to sleep, with both rls and a near complete inability fall asleep. The only thing the doctor offered me was Ropinirole, and I also intend to take both the gabapentin and the benadryl with it at bedtime!

I don't see any problem with this combination at all. You'll be fine.

I have combined kratom directly with L-dopa, which is a precursor not an agonist. Only side effects I ever encounter were increased anxiety, increased stimulation. Nothing dangerous.

Thanks, importantly I do not intend to take them together, but rather the Ropinirole several hours later!

If I cannot sleep tonight I am despairing of a solution...
I might suggest taking only 2 doses of kratom. 2.5g in the morning and 2.5g at night. I find this generally works better when tapering than taking 3 or more smaller doses, particularly for sleep.

Also:

Exercise, magnesium taurate/threonate, long hot salt baths, orgasm.

I've been riding my stationary bike around the clock, I am dosing the kratom at 1.5 grams x 3, sometimes with an extra 1 gram, 5.5 total for the entire day, in the evening...

I found L-Dopa to be quite effective at reducing RLS. A real dopamine agonist should be even more effective.

Let us know how it goes.

Ask him about clonidine. If you can't get that maybe blackseed oil, or other supplements, but start with asking for clonidine. If you're suffering symptoms after a month after quitting, it's probably from the antidepressant qualities.
