rolling a spliff with a cigarette?

so i'd like to roll a spliff. my plan is to take the tobacco from a cigarette and the filter from the cigarette and use that to roll a spliff with a regular paper. is there any reason not to use the cigarette tobacco for this purpose?
 
A lot of people do that in Europe, some places is hard to score weed...other than the obvious places. Nothing wrong with that, does make you a little higher.

One problem though, don't use the cigarette filter. I've done it couple times for stealth and potency was low, taste filtered and light. Use one of those filters from Captain Blacks, not only tasty but a filter that doesn't filter your thc ;)
 
yeah i just like the synergy from the nicotine and thc. i'll probably just do waterfall hits and go smoke a cig instead tho to conserve bud.

idk i know some people who do it for the convenience and it makes it a little easier to get away with smoking weed out in public. these are people who smoke cigarettes regularly though and always smoke a cigarette anytime they toke it if they're not smoking a spliff already.
 
ime cigarette filters don't decrease the potency of the smoke, but i find filter tips out of paper more convenient to drag from...

i think you should buy some classic cigarette rolling papers and use them. this will look like some self-rolled cigarette and you don't have to waste your money by throwing away the tobacco from the cigarette.
 
its retarded that people who dont smoke tobacco but use it in their spliffs if nothing else that gives them spins as they not use to tobacco but i dont get it seems bit of waste. suppose ya gotta stretch stuff out any way possible and tobacco seems like best option.

Not more as decrease potency, more like filters out your thc. If you want to smoke the whole joint, use a paper filter. Thick paper, roll it up and it'll just expand. Usually do that just so I can get better tokes, and won't clog up with res. I barely smoke joints, bong rips do more damage!

I agree about the spins, I remember taking a cig after not smoking in months and making a spliff. It was horrible and made me dizzy which caused me to puke.
 
I fucking hate spliffs made with fag baccy, they taste rotten. Use rolling baccy. As for the tobacco haters...you might not like it, but that doesn't mean that it's retarded or that people shouldn't do it.
 
yeah i dont really see much point in rolling a spliff, i usually get good bud and id never want to ruin the wonderful taste of my weed with tobacco...and it goes the same the other way, id just rather smoke them seperately because i receive enjoyment from both of them
 
I tried to empty out a cigarette and fill it with weed a couple of times if I couldn't find a smoking device when I was like 14, but quickly learned that the filter will also filter most of the thc and you don't really get high.
 
I've emptied out the tobacco and filled it with kush, when I was to go somewhere public and smoke. It works really good, there's always a hood figure that can smell dat shit though.
 
totally sucks, tobacco paper is chemically enhanced to burn quickly... unless you're using an American Spirit or something without any additives, the filter + the fast burning paper = shittiest way to go about smoking bud.
 
american spirit rolling tobacco is gross and i hate rolling with it. I like bali shag the most. My room mates all surf and i guess smoking spliffs is part of the surfing culture or something because they literally won't roll up anything if theres no tobacco around. Back to the question though, i'll always use cig tobacco if thats all i got. Im not picky so its good enough.
 
As others have said, don't use cigarette tobacco if you use tobacco in a joint, use rolling tobacco. Tends to have less nicotine, carbon monoxide and tar and no additives. Also a lot cheaper and easier to roll with. Dry flaky cigarette tobacco is horrible in joints.
 
Those spliffs are getting more popular around here, I have smoked a couple, it wasn't my weed. I would never do that shit with my weed. When I first started smoking you would never hear of people putting tobacco in blunts. I thought spliffs where biggo joints.

hahaha yup i did the same exact thing...i ended up cutting the filter off halfway through but i wasted half of my shit lol
