i just rolled a secret agent in a marlboro. could i then roll the cig in a rolling paper to make it burn slower? i just don't want it to burn as fast as a regular cig does with all the chemicals in them.

Why not just unload the cig and reroll it in the rolling paper?
because he wants to be covert about smoking by giving off the appearance from a distance that he's just smoking a cigarette.
OP: would probably taste nasty and burn unevenly. you could do it but it probably wouldn't make smoking weed out of a cigarette much better.
