Hi i have aquired 13 of these because they are good for when im drumming. What would be a good starting dose? If you could let me know both snorted doses and eating them? I dont want to end up completely fucked but want to feell it.

What is the mg per pill? 20mg is a good dose. Ritalin is unreliable, has bad comedowns at higher doses if you don't have ADD or ADHD. Their not really good for drumming because its physical activity and it will make you sweat alot more then usual so you will be at risk for dehydration. A healthier substitution would be a B vitamin 100 complex available in most Vitamin places and Health places.
