Risks of growing 2-3 plants?

I am thinking of getting one of those computer case grow kits and growing like 2 or 3 plants. Personal use only obviously.

If you are in a single family house that you own, what kind of risk are you looking at? Assuming that you are not doing any risky behaviors or throwing partys at your house.

Shouldnt have any problems if you dont tell anyone about. Pay your bills and you'll be fine.

You should find out what the laws are in your area Roger just so you know exactly what could happen if someone finds out. Are there reduced penalties for less plants or less weight etc..

Ive never seen a computer case kit. That sounds ultra stealth!

Obviously. 8)

Like others have said, if you can remain discret and are not concerned about the smell or someone ratin' you out, you may be in the clear... but hey, remember it's illegal and don't do it if you haven't thought it out. Also, it's a little more difficult than planting and forgetting.

I saw those computer hydroponic kits, they were in the 1000s of US $ last I checked... if that's what you are talking about. Dunno how effective they are at covering odor.

Where can you find those computer kits? Are they widely available online, because ive never seen one of them.

you for sure gotta do something about stank always on indoor plants. and just dont tell a single person ever.

People who buy computer case grows are usually newbies who don't really know what they're doing. Sure, micro grows have their place, but they're not a good idea for newbies. If you want to be stealth covert a wardrobe (called a 'drobe grow).

so what are you sayin, sports fan?

Micro growing is kind of hard for a new guy though, you really really gotta be on top of your shit. Soil or hydro the medium will be allot smaller, so room for error is also diminished. Also you gotta be spot on with training and such in order to maximize any sort of yield. Spend the money on genetics cause you don't want to waste the effort on a shitty poor producer.

Don't buy a premade micro grow kit..... Make your own. Its so effing cheap as long as you shop around and keep an open mind. almost anything can be a grow box. I have seen less that 12"x12"x18" 12/12 from seed with two plants do just fine. It finishes allot quicker so it can pretty much be maintained as a perpetual (if you are 12/12 from seed you can just stick another one in when its close to harvest). Way more than enough personals.

Like I said, though, you should be doing your research. You should probably be reading for 2 or so hours a day. Hit up some of the growers forums, look in the micro grow categories. You can get a good idea for what is out there and what people are doing successfully.

If you are single in a house that you own and don't throw parties, why do you want to do a micro grow? For the novelty? It would just be much easier growing in a somewhat larger cabinet, like a converted cupboard etc. I don't believe it would be practical or possible to grow 3 plants in a computer case!

As for the risk, well it depends on a lot of factors, such as whether you can keep your mouth shut or if you can avoid people from snooping or workmen seeing incriminating stuff.

Don't tell anyone, no matter who it is about your grow, it's for personal use however so this shouldn't be a problem. As long as you hide it well - in case of unexpected entries/guests and be smart you will be fine. With plants in this amount, there is always bigger fish in the sea.

The risk of getting caught is one thing. The penalties are another and you need to weigh one against the other. If it's just a ticket or token fine/slap on the wrist, then go for it. If it means years in prison, think twice (I'm not saying don't do it). Just weigh up the risk/benefits against each other. I've thought about it long and hard and have decided growing up to 6-8 plants is worth it since I'm more likely (not certain) to get a caution and if I were to get a caution and not a conviction my Housing Association wouldn't be able to evict me after going to court (according to a specialist solicitor's advice).
