Cocaine Right side of chest tightness on coke

My heart side feels fine but for some reason my right side feels kinda tight, is this a normal side effect. It's not really uncomfortable just a bit bOtherIng, I've done 2 regular siZe lines around 75mg each but I had about 7 drinks b4 that do u guys think it's a big deal:). ThAnks ps I did my last line about 40 mins ago and still feel fucking incredible ! Besides the right side best bit of pain. Man why couldn't god/ the big bang theory make a natural way that isn't bad for u that makes u feel this great!!!!!!! Omg I feel so damn good. XD
 
Coke often gives you chest pains if you push it. I'm sure you'll be alright.

Cocaine + alcohol = cocaethylene which is substantially more cardiotoxic and one of the only reasons young people have serious heart problems. This combination is far more damaging and potentially lethal than cocaine is on it's own.

I wouldn't be so quick to say he is fine - he probably didn't do any major or irreversible damage but how the hell can you be SURE? That's not a risk I'd be willing to take at least and I don't think you're helping people by telling them they're fine when they consume a dangerous combination like that... especially when they might not be aware of the extent of the risk they're taking.

I kno it is more dangerous but saddly it feels way better so I indulge like this anyways. Quick update the tightness did go away I will update u all 2moro how mycomedownwent. Happy almost Christmas and please use safely!!!!
 
kdvicious, we don't SWIM here.

Chest pain is probably a sign of runaway vasoconstriction. If it's persitent (for more than 20 mins) or crippling, or radiating ddown the arm, or if you have a sudden crushing headache etc (any other sudden bad symptoms) you may want to consider calling emergency services. Cocaine is a known factor in many heart attacks.
