It just so happens that two of the drugs i use the most, booze and d-amp, damage the body quite a bit if you use it often. To make it worse, heart disease runs in my family.
Any other drug HR info is welcome, too.

I'm not asking for, "Don't do it then", just do you know.
Anyway, I'll start with some liver tips:
Milk thistle supplements
colon/liver cleanse bi-annualy
etc

Regular health checkups, light cardio increasing to moderate cardio, green T, 'superfruits & vegetables', vitamin Q or co-q-10 helps oxygenate the heart too if you think that may help.

Do your own research but i reccomend the above highly.

A good multi-vitamin to start, every day. you may not feel the imediate benefits but in the long run it'll be a lifesaver

Anything you take to mitigate damage caused by excessive alcohol or meth use is negligible. Don't fool yourself.

Agreed. Although,

There is an interesting study on coffee that I read, that says that people who drink 4 to 5 cups of coffee a day helps to prevent and reverse cirosis of the liver. Start drinking coffee. But if you be drinkin that much coffee in a day, you better be drinking a shit on of water and getting enough food.

this is true..... almost every substance can be used responsibly

causing no to minuscule damage, or negative effects.....

While your statement is technically true, you are probably not using responsibly and sparingly if you have to take things to mitigate damage. The key is to use moderately so there is no appreciable damage to be mitigated.

Key word: excessive.

If you are using these drugs sparingly or responsibly, you have more ability to mitigate the damage.

He's looking for tips, no need to try and end the conversation. This is a perfect example of HR, the BL motto. Moderation and mitigating damage in combination would be even better than just moderation.
If heart disease runs in your family, then I would also recommend the coq-10 that doppelganga mentioned. It's supposed to be very good for the heart, and starting early help keeep your heart in tip-top shape before any risk becomes apparent (i.e. when you get older and it is more of a risk factor). Try to especially moderate the d-amp for your heart, as it speeds it up.
As for your liver and alcohol, I recommend b vitamins (niacin, b12, etc). It helps your body process the alcohol better (which also helps with next day hangovers :))

Most of these may seem really simple, but I'm just going to go ahead and list them because I'm on Adderall and feeling down for some typing. Someone might get something out of it.

1. Alcohol and d-amp are both diuretics, flushing a lot of water and water-soluble vitamins, so keep hydrated and get your vitamins.
2. Both fuck with sleep. If you use much alcohol to pass out from amps, you're going to have much poorer sleep quality than without alcohol. A little melatonin, a hot shower, and forcing a meal down your gullet aren't as good at making you fall asleep, but those and simply taking your amps earlier in the day will be a lot healthier.
3. Find a usage pattern that gives you the most fun with the least drug administered. For me, I get the most euphoria out of amphetamine by dosing early and not trying to get that state back after I start to come down. With alcohol, I find the act of drinking itself very relaxing, so I sip at 3-6 beers over a few hours.
4. The route of administration and formulation of the drug matters a lot if used frequently. Sublingual and oral are some of the least damaging ways (compared to sniffing pills or IV) of getting amp into you. A beer is probably going to be easier on your gut and teeth than chasing some whiskey (relatively high conc. of a solvent) with some Coca Cola (sugar and acidity).
5. Watch your polydrug use. A lot of people love to chain smoke on stims or alcohol.
6. Exercise. A natural relaxer, helps a lot with the anxiety or depression than can lead to greater drug use. Amps can lead to atrophy if you're exhausting yourself with poor nutrition often enough. With amp use, exercise should also go with a diet that gives you a net excess of calories per day.

EDIT: Oh, and, if it counts:
7. Social health. Make sure you don't need amps or alcohol to be able to socialize. Also, when you're sober, take a step back and look at how you act on stims or alcohol. Do you look like some twitchy sketchball? Do you show visible signs of being tipsy at school or work?
