Research Chemical Availability in Germany

I have a friend travelling to Germany within the next few weeks.
What is the availability of research chemicals like in head shops there?
I am specifically thinking of 5-MeO-DiPT (Foxy) and 2-CT-7.
Are those compounds legal in Germany? Do the headshops sell them?
