I know there is nothing in the works yet, but it seems like the government is quite willing to make laws that say "if in the future" instead of "heres this drug, its illegal now", what im guessing is if things like t7, Foxy, etc... get much more widespread attention, we might see an amendement to the analog act, possibly such that "any chemical in the same class" would become covered and illegal to posess, even though not in the schedules. Currently the analog act must have 2 requirments
Substantially similar action
Substantially similar structure
Now if they added something like "in the same class as such and such number of drugs, therefor is illegal"
You get the point, i know its not happening now, but if we intend on protecting the ways we are currently allowed to experiment with things legal like T7 and such, we need to be proactive and get on top of things here. We know that the government has encountred these chemicals on drug users, and they have a good idea how they get ahold of them. I know of at least 3 cases that were prosecuted, involving Aet alphaethyl tryptamine, the ethl analog of AMT alpha-methyl tryptamine, another case someone was selling 2C-T-7 in capsules and was slapped with intent. Its only a matter of time before they want to get a hold on all these tryptamines and phenethylamines and the others.
We havent seen any companys actually get closed i dont think, but i know one who got raided and the charges dropped for a technicality. We dont need things like fucking source lists, and we dont need people coming on here or on the IRC playing the poor little kid who cant find things asking for sources. Anyone have anything to add?

Such isolation is sometimes bitter, but I do not regret being cut off from the understanding and sympathy of other men.
I lose something by it,to be sure, but I am compensated for it in being rendered independent of the customs,
opinions and prejudices of others, and am not tempted to rest my peace of mind upon such shifting foundations.
