Misc Removing baking powder?

So i have bag a containing baking powder A-pvp and methylphenidate.
i dont know why because i was blacked out on benzo's at the time. but is there anyway to remove the baking powder?

EDIT: if i cannot remove the baking powder, is it safe to plug?
