Okay, so last night I took 1000 mgs. of magnesium and 120 mgs. of DXM to reduce my amphetamine tolerance. I was withdrawing from Adderall for two days because work wasn't busy over the weekend. My psychiatrist prescribed me Adderall XR 15 milligrams, and she had no problem with taking instant-release as well such as at work when XR would be excessive. However, at 7:55 am,I took fifteen milligrams of Adderall IR with 15 milligrams Adderall XR, I read that it takes an hour for the first half (7.5 mgs.) to release, whereas Adderall IR only takes 20 or 30 minutes to kick in, so with about a twenty-five minute drive to college, I'd like to feel alert on the road. For the next four hours, I felt like a robot, forced to focus on everything, no emotion, no connection to anything, hyper-sensitive to subtle noises, agitation, and I actually felt paranoid, I thought people were talking about me while I was walking by. It's forty minutes after 12 pm, and I'm feeling balanced out now, but still kind of robotic.
Normally, Adderall feels euphoric and stimulating, but how much should I reduce my dosage by to eliminate these nervous symptoms?
