"Red Rock" opium and maybe some tips dealing with naive friends

alright, i've read on erowid that Red Rock is NOT opium and is most definately dragon's blood incense.. but i have these uneducated druggie friends who continue to believe that "Red Rock" is "synthetic" opium, even after i tell them that it is simply incense [they are all both naive AND in denial, a combination of traits that are not only annoying for them to have, but i'm afraid will lead them to something terribly bad to happen to them].. nonetheless they tell me that they definately get high off of it.. however when i ask if they've smoked it alone, they always say they lace pot with it.. argh. they just don't listen to me dammit (they don't understand that erowid is an information resource and they're all like "oh you read it on the INTERNET?! HA! and you believe everything you've read on the net?") mostly because i used to be a little goodie goodie and they've been into drugs more that i have.. i guarantee that from bluelight and erowid and everything else i know a whole helluva lot more than them.. anyway. sorry about that little rant about my friends, that's not what this is about.... i'd just like to confirm here that red rock is SHIT and synthetic opium is most definately NOT red rock but if anything, you would call hydros or OCs "synthetic opium" .. and what exactly should i say to my friends to help them understand? i'm thinkin i'm gonna buy some Dragon's Blood incense and "smoke them out" for free and then show them the wrapper or somethin. fuckin a.
after reading this over, now it's kinda a stupid question and i'm hesitant to click submit.. eh, i'm hoping on getting some advice, maybe?
 
For one thing, there really isn't such thing as "synthetic opium" because opium, by definition, is an organic substance coming from a plant. Opium is a black tarry substance (it's very common for people to sell black-tar heroin as opium also) and not a red, rocky substance. There is really almost no authentic opium sold in America; unless you know the dude who grew the poppies there's probably around a 95% chance what someone is selling you isn't opium.

the pictures (comparing red rock opium and dragons blood incense side by side) pretty much tell the whole story :P
if you can get your friends to look at the computer screen for 2 minutes (they sound kinda dumb, maybe that's too hard a task for them) you should direct them to that page and see what they have to say about it then.
 
I think you might be getting your words confused. Your friends are happy to pay $10 a gram for something that you can buy for 1 cent a gram. Imagine how happy they would be if you found a great hook-up who could get all the red rock opium they wanted for say $7.50 a gram! They'd be happy and so would you. Stop trying to work out how to deal WITH stupid friends and start thinking how to deal TO stupid friends. You know it makes sense! You wouldn't be ripping them off, they'd be buying exactly what they want to buy at a price they like.
BTW Does anybody know whether this action would be illegal or not? I know that selling an inert substance as a controlled substance is illegal (eg selling asprin as E) but I mean the guy isn't selling insence as opium but as red rock opium and I've never seen the name "red rock opium" on any schedule of controlled drugs! I wonder...

I'd be willing to bet representing it as any kind of opium would be enough for it to be illegal. They might just not want to waste the time prosecuting it though, like I've heard happen for people busted with 2ct7.
 
Im just curious but do these people get fk'ed up off of this "red rock" opium aka dragons blood incense? Because it would seem to me that in order for them to believe so strongly that this "red rock" stuff is really opium then they would have to feel at least a little bit of something, right?,

Your friends are ignorant to fuck, it does not matter what they think. Fuck them.
 
ok if youre friends are that naive, then id say buy an ounce for like $20 then sell them $10 grams. tell them you found a new hookup. its scandalous, but if they are happy with it then theres nothing wrong with ripping them off.....matter of fact if you have relly informed them that its not real opium and they dont believe you then they deserved to be ripped off.
 
heh... well. i found a place online that sells a 300 gram chunk of this stuff for $32 .. i think i found my summer job

Well that gives you an excuse to spend $70 on those electronic accurate to 0.1 gram scales that you have always wanted but couldn't justify! Remember to sell for $9 a gram (explain you buy in bulk and pass the lower prices on to them) then they'll be really happy and you'll be laughing all the way to the dealer (hopefully for real drugs!). Oh, by the way, always refer to it as "Red rock" and if they say "red rock opium" say "You mean Red rock?". That should take care of the intent to supply controlled substances, you're selling red rock insence. But do clean your house out, last thing you need is to get done for possession of a single pill when the police raid the house of the local Mr Big for Red Rockz or whatever the candy Ravaz call the stuff!

i've tried telling people that there is no such thing as red rock op, but they insist that they were soooo fucked up and blah, blah, blah.
fuck them. its their own fault for getting ripped off. its not that hard to be an educated drug user.
i'm nice.
 
DOES dragons blood fuck them up or something? Im curious as to why they would be so intent on believing that its real opium. Someone reply with an answer please
