46 yr old, army veteran have learned the hard way about meth, mostly on my own, and now I just want hopefully share tips and plan that if followed, you can use daily, feel great and avoid many mistakes, all mistakes I have made btw, I am hoping this helps someone and here it goes in order too to ease understanding
1) Do not inject meth with needle at all, it is very intense, but you will go psychotic easily, use large amounts not needed, and the hangover and withdrawal is 10 times worse than other methods. You can stop shooting and just snort for a week to get by. Snorting is the best method is does burn, good meth avail in 2025, which btw is cartel meth not shake and bake. Superset is way better and it burns for a second but actually does little to no damage to nose or teeth and I have been usingn5 plus year.
2. Don't smoke it and I know most people do and I did, it fries your brain quickly and you can quit smoking with same plan. Snort for 7 days to get thru and after 7 days, snorting will work 10 times better and just trust me.
3. Okay now once u can quit first 2 methods and also I stress buy supermeth non shakebake meth. You just snort it and I can definitely do .5 gram or less, idk you will figure out routine, but the best I believe is smaller lines, spread throughout the day. In conjunction if you also do the following daily in conjunction, you will be really high, focused, productive and you will be able to look and be normal, not tracked. So here are the daily tips
A. Sleep 4 hrs a day at least and never stay up more than 2 days at most.
B. When u wake up, do some light exercise 20 min and also at end of day some little workout, put on headphones music, this going to make you way higher and it lasts
3. Drink water all day, meth is the most dehydrating drug ever and it took me a long time to learn. Make yourself for a couple days if this is new and this I major and your high once again much better.
4. Eat small meals all day. And I have learned fresh fruit, vegetables, almonds, etc natural foods they really enhance your high too and also cures alot of the bad effects of meth. Once again try for like 2 days and limit sugar and chocolate etc but you can do a little. I swear you will notice good effects and yoy will want to continue healthy eating. One thing for certain and it takes a little practice, you need to eat and meth puts your brain and body in constant drive, it increases metabolism by alot, so you actually can eat alot and won't gain weight either.
5. I do meditation at least once maybe twice a day while on meth and once again it has shocked me to learn, that not only does ot increase my high by a mile, my overthinking anxiety is way down. It may sound off but guided meditation on YouTube works while high takes a Lil practice and you will feel better for hours afterwards. Frequency music which is on YouTube works just like meditation and 20 min, close eyes, listen to a Frequency, it's super cool safe 20 min trip and afterwards, you have focus not stress.
6.drink coffee, energy drink, tea to boost your lines. These drinks work great with snorting but be careful.
7. And one last thing never take more than 1 or 2 benadryl while on meth. A lot of benadryl and merh will make you crazy, you can research yourself too but I did this on accident once and 4 or 5 hrs worst trip ever, and my heart almost exploded. So b very careful. And too much melatonin will do the exact same thing. 10 MG max but for sure 30 MG or higher of melatonin combined with alot of meth causes huge reaction and once again I had 4 hours of I mean heart exploding, and I thought I was dying and I couldn't function to even call for help.
So please trust me and this info is available on line but I didn't know until after the mistake was made.
So for anyone out there, my tips idk my sound like alot bit if you are struggling. Use the tips I gave one by one and it does take practice and the burn from snorting is bad, but u get used to it, you will have way better energy and the withdrawal is way less and you don't have to do as much product, what u buy will last significantly longer.
