About a year ago I was rocking a great tan over my body. That was until I went to a music festival and ingested a fair amount of substances over a 12 hour period with no food, just water and alcohol. Wake up the next day I seem notice my inner forearm's all blotchy, like I've had a bad spray tan on it. Never goes away, go to doctor and he says he don't know what caused it, but it's Vitiligo. Vitiligo being where the body's autoimmune system attacks the melanocytes in your skin, which make your tan lighter/darker etc.

All I can put it down to is that day out, as It was there the next day. Over that day/night I had put in my body:

low dose of Melanotan II
Lots of alcohol
no food
~500mg of Gas
~500mg of MDMA
Had some cigarettes
lots of bottles of water
and sus250+deca still in system from day before

Ended up getting pretty badly dehydrated to the point my tongue and its glands swole right up and had pins and needles through limbs. Pretty wreckless day I know =p but has anyone else experienced weird reactions from any substances/cocktails before? Or in particular what can trigger the autoimmune to go into defense mode and start attacking random parts of the body?

Not sure if it was triggered by my drug use or not, but I have an auto immune disorder called sjogren's. Limits the production of tears and saliva.
