I would like to make it clear to some people that have got the wrong end of the stick - bluelight didn't used to be a horrible place to come, as lots of the newer members seem to think.

It was fun, because there was a little crew of hard working mods and admins holding it down, and everyone was chill. We had a good atmosphere in here, we had threads like "take a photo of the contents of your fridge" (a classic) "cool jobs" (interesting!) etc etc etc... we had threads about all sorts of things. Not just drugs, it was like having a big room of likeminded people chilling, not scared to ask drug questions (if they came up) and getting reliable good information back from various people. (What happened to F&B? He was a real cool dude & very knoledgeable!) ho hum....

Well... thanks for sticking in you nose *North america* mod, please dont close this thread, as its not intended to cause argument, im just reminiscing. <3
 
I liked old bluelight too, and I can see that it has changed, and for a while I was put of by the massive amount of megathreads we now have in EADD, but learned to live with them. There is still room for fun threads and serious threads. New bluelight is good too but is defniitely not the same. All things evolve over time and we should expect the same of bluelight.
 
Offered for information only, without comment:

1. F&B is still around, doesn't seem to post as much.
2. Senior mods are responsible for a number of forums, not just those listed under their title (those are forums that they specifically moderate). See the senior mod forum allocations for more details. Unfortunately it's out of date, as several s mods have just been appointed.
 
EADD is as social as it ever was, there's more social than drug content still and if you think there's a lack of quality threads why not start one yourself? A community can only be as strong as its members :). There's less of a together vibe and less meetups etc happening which I do miss but again, the members, not just the mods make the forum.

Yeah, you're right. At least Bl is still here, after all the problems its been though, its a miricle its still here at all!
 
I hate how for ages every thread seemed to be about smack or the lack of it. It seems to have died down a bit now. Before that it was constant topics about meph. Fuck the drugs chat, more social and banter!

Oh Christ someone let the Aussies in here this is basically the end times I'm going to log off for a while now could someone please ban Busty or at least keep her out of this forum that would be great thanks ;)
