I've been rolling for about 10 months now, but still don't understand two things. First, taking Vitamin C before rolling. Doesn't the Vitamin C create serotonin actually reducing the strength of the roll? Also, does taking 5htp while your coming down (~4 hours in) help reduce the negative come down effects? What does it do to you when your still coming down?
And I'm going to my first rave this Sunday - It's an outdoor daytime rave that ends at around 10pm, so it's not really a club or underground rave. Afterwards, there's an unofficial after party from 10-2:30 which I'll goto if I can get a ride home from a friend.
Any advice on how to dance for someone who knows nothing and isn't very coordinated? Also do undercover cops pay attention and bother people who are rolling balls?
