Opioids Rash on face from Oxy?

So i have a pretty low tolerance for opiates, normally i only need to take like 15 or so mg to get high. Last night however, i sorta binged on them and did 60mg in one evening. A few hours into it i noticed i had what looked like a light red rash on my face, it didn't really itch or anything but was kinda concerning to me. Its now the next day and the rash is mostly gone, however it seems like my pupils are still smaller than normal and haven't returned to normal size yet. Should i be concerned? Have any of you experienced something similar?

Should also add that this was by far the most oxy ive done in an evening before. So maybe ive always been slightly allergic to it but didn't do enough to have a reaction until now?

Actually, upon further observation my pupils seem normal but i do still have a slight rash. Maybe this isn't the place to be asking this question, im just sorta hesitant to go to my doctor and tell him about my recreational opiate use, I don't think that would be a good idea lol.

My face turns a little red when I get really high on opioids. It looks like I have kinda of shiny red bags under my eyes, or on the border of my cheek bone and corner of my eye. It feels like my face is dry, and sometimes it is uncomfortable enough to make me use moisturizer there.

Is that what you are referring to?

Note: Do not 'bump' your own threads. Sorry about that, was just a bit freaked out lol. But to answer your question, its sorta like that but its like the skin is slightly puffy almost like a mild poison ivy rash or something. But apparently its not that noticeable because no one else that has seen me today has mentioned it, so maybe im just being paranoid for nothing.
 
People have pointed out the slightly puffy kinda shiny bags under my eyes / cheek bone area so it seems like mine is a little worse than yours, so yea you are probably just bugging.
 
histamine reaction? I get a bit red in the face from high codeine doses, and thats what that is. As the reaction gets worse it will turn to lumps/hives which if bad enough can leave brown markings on the skin for months. Usually its incredibly itchy (once got it on my arm while receiving an IV iron infusion.. first thing i noticed was the itchiness, then realised there were lumps all over my arm) - but I've never had an itchy face.


oxy makes people itch like all the other opiates doesnt it?
 
Oxy definitely makes you itch, but in my opinion not as much as some other opiates. Hydrocodone makes me itch way more than oxy does, and i've heard morphine is really bad about itchyness.
