Ok, sorry about my thread if it's not understandble I'll explain proper but really asking for help here

My DDU doc who writes me my bupe script isn't exactly the best when it come to empathy. I don't usully see him but keyworkers. I've been in treatment for 4year for h/oc abuse. I am benzo dependent, opi(heavy was from IVing).

PT 3 THIS IS NOW This is where THEY fuck up
This is PRESENT. The mistakes are often mine athough they've messed up too but never serious THIS time its I get an appointment card for last THUR. I never had it so called asking my time and I missed it IT WAS YESTERDAY (well Wed) so I ask to speak to my keyworker, not in - I asked for another keyworker "who was busy" and "will call back". I began calling at 10.33am for the record, My mum hassling me to go which I cant as it was yesterday anyway she said its today and had it ON THE FRIDGE and it said TO-FUCKING-DAY (THUR), I call back raging, she says someone will call right back. so I get a call I TELL the fucker I HAVE proof of the card after messing I CAN COLLECT MY SCRIPT HOWEVER they SHUT and theres no way of getting there in time. SO AGAIN fucked but this time it was THIER fault.
Last bupe was 8mg 27th march. I knew I would be waiting till a week so thought I'd take up street done (some guy had) which works since yest and today I'm trying for Heroin. I wanna give done 3-4 day off and be on H so I can get BACK onto bupe.
I wake in wd dose 20-30mg and feel a bit off but better next morn I am in wd again. Now to began done you need 2-3days off then latch onto bupe, last time this went wrong. I wanted to STOP done then next 2-3 days use h and as a lasthit do an afternoon hit and gbl to sleep wake up (gone ages then) and begin bupe ideally I'd snort 1-2mg and take it slow but not SUPERFUCKINGVISED. Not able to score H.
Thing is my urine is clean for opiates but methadone? Time will tell.
