stats: 200lb, 6ft tall, bf 13%

goal: gain substantial lean body mass with minimized fat gain and no androgenic side effects (prone to hairloss value hair over body).




Weeks 1- (20-30) – HGH – On 5/ off 2
Weeks 1-5, 11-15, (21-25)
• 2 – 3 IU’s - first thing in the morning on workout days – early afternoon on non-workout days
Weeks 6-10, 16-20, (26-30)
• 2 – 3 IU’s first thing in the morning
• 2 – 3 IU’s 1-2 p.m. or pre-workout (or IM post-workout with your insulin if preferred)
All HGH injected subQ into a**omen, obliques, fronts of the thighs, and upper triceps

Weeks 1-5, 11-15, (21-25) – Long R3 IGF-1 – Every day
80 – 100 mcg’s intramuscular
• post work out on workout days
• first thing in the morning on non-workout days

Weeks 6-10, 16-20, (26-30) – Humalog – Workout days only
• 8 – 12 IU’s immediately post workout, intramuscular


Weeks 1- (20-30) T3 or T4 - Every Day
one of the following –
• 12.5 mcgs - 25 mcgs T3 taken once each day
-or –
• 100 mcgs T4 taken once each day


*price not an issue, do not bash me for not having test base, the whole point of this cycle is too avoid androgenics.

Am I reading this right? Only hgh, some peptides and t3? Good luck holding onto your muscle as t3 is known to be incredibly catabolic.
 
Real IGF-1 LR3 is $270.00+ per milligram and is only found at a purity of 50% - 60% if you get lucky. Most of it is bunk.

You aren't using Serostim or FDA approved name brand stuff so your stuff will either be bunk or underdosed. True FDA approved HGH costs $300 for a good 40iu's. Chinese generic is shit.

Humalog? You aren't ready for insulin and odds are you will end up going into diabetic shock or turning into a fat ass because you don't know how to use it.

No Testosterone? You aren't going to grow bro. You aren't going to lean down. You need AAS in conjunction with IGF-1 and HGH to grow.

And only ten weeks of HGH? Bro bodybuilders spend $10,000 a month on HGH. You aren't going to make gains on 10 weeks worth of chinese generic shit and research grade IGF-1 LR3.

You want to truly lean down proper?

1-15 Test Etanathate (500mg EW)
1-5 Turinibol (50mg ED)
1-15 Caffeine or Ephedrine (dosed accordingly)
1-15 Anastrozole (dosed accordingly)
17-21 Clomid (dosed accordingly)
17-21 Nolvadex (dosed accordingly)

That is a proper cycle for a first timer and with the right diet will lean you down and put on a bit of muscle.

You don't need HGH unless you are competing and even if you want to someday you don't need it until later on in your bodybuilding journey. Same goes for IGF-1 LR3 and insulin.
