Stimulants Racemic-amps, how fast is dopamine depleted?

Hey, im wondering about how long it takes for dopamine to be depleted with lets say 40% racemic-amphetamines in a normal person.

I'm asking myself this because i've read people can take speed a lot with it feeling good for a long time (if you eat and sleep) With MDMA you can feel that most of the serotonin is depleted after a 120-160mg dose, how fast does this happen with speed?
 
are you talking speed in a traditional sense??? meaning amphetamines like adderall or something? are you talking about today's speed... as in meth-amphetamine?
