Bupe Quitting heroin tomorrow and I have 5 zubsolv, need some answers...

So I have been using heroin on and off for the past ten years, I was on my longest streak of sobreity, almost a year. , my brother moved back and was using so I used a little bit here and there. Before I know it I'm getting high everyday and getting sick, long story stupid, my mom and my girlfriend both caught on to me using again and I've made a promise to myself and to them that I am done. So I got my last bag today to do before work tomorrow and purchased 4 1.4/.36 and 1 5.7/1.4 zubsolv...so the question I have if anyone could help is
A.) Should I take the 5.7 one first when I start feeling sick or one of the 1.4s?
B.) Should I put it under my tongue, snort it, or try shooting it?
C.) I'm going to do dope tomorrow so I should probably wait till Saturday sometime when the dope sickness is in full effect right?
I have never took zubsolv so please give me any info/advice to get me outta this shitty cycle I always end up getting myself in...Thanks blue lighters!!
 
The sublingual bioavailability for bupe is high so under the tongue would be the route to go. Take your dose when your in withdrawal to avoid precipitated withdrawals (google). You have enough suboxone to detox I'll let others explain as I'm on a mobile device and its a bitch to type. Best of luck.
 
Bupe is extremely strong stuff. when your in withdrawal take one mg and see where it gets you. I'm willing to say that if u were in withdrawal and took a whole 5mgs it would take withdrawal away 100%. You have enough bupe to get off dope and then kick the bupe. Use your sub's wisely man u have enough to get out of this mess and do right. Oh yeah welcome to blue light.
 
Thanks man, I think it should be pretty easy with all the zubsolv, I've kicked a few times with suboxone and never had a problem with getting sick off of it, I was just curious how I should take down these zubsolvs..where u live in wa?
 
Vancouver, WA close to portland , OR. moved down here from Seattle last summer and before that Pennsylvania. Where u at?
