Quick Subutex question

I've been on subutex for a couple months now. I've worked my way down to like 2-3mg every 24-36 hours. I stopped taking the Sub. and then took 20mg Opana ER like 24 hrs. After last Sub. dose. I then took another 20mg of Opana this morning.

My question is do I have to worry about precipitated WD if I go back on the Sub tonight? If I only took those two Opana doses could that be an issue?

What ROA did you use to take the opana? And exactly how long ago was your last dose?

Insulfated (spelling?) I actually just took more Opana. My question is whether or not you have to take the same measures (like waiting for moderate withdrawal) as you do when first starting the Sub when you decide to cheat a little bit, as in a couple of doses. Can you cheat for 1 day then go straight back to the Sub or is it like starting all over and you need to be in withdrawal again?

Thanks in advance for any help. I've never had the displeasure of precipitated withdrawal and don't really care to either.
