Opioids Quick question about opiates

Now I know re-dosing doesn't do anything. I have a couple IR oxy 30s and a couple ER morph 100s. How can I take this and make them kick in at the same time? I know with the ER it takes quite a while, so I don't want to take these at the same time and then have the oxy kick in first. This would technically be re-dosing right?
