Mental Health Quetiapine /seroquel

Currently I am tapering 300 mg quetiapine
Any advices?
Hoping my mood and energy will come back once I reach 0

I’ve had big difficulties with finding a replacement for it as I suffer from severe insomnia, intrusive thoughts, anxiety and inattention. I take Zoloft and Agomelatine now, but it hasn’t quite treated my insomnia or my anxiety

Could Any1 tell me when my energy and mood will return
I also been shot with zuclopenthixol decanoate 600 mg in may
