Questions for a first time PCP experience.

I'm pretty seasoned in the different things I've tried. Almost everything with the exceptions of stuff like meth/speed, heroin, crack and the hard to find hallucinogens like dmt, dmx, etc.. But my big thing are the trippy ones.

I've always been too scared of all the crazy stories about PCP to actually try it, but I've always has the urge. Recently a friend of mine who dabbles in PCP on occasion told me about all his trips when getting wet and so I'm kinda thinking I wanna try it.

I always read up a bunch on everything I try before I do so. The big things about PCP that I've gathered is to be in a comfortable/safe environment with people you trust, don't over do it on the dosage, and be ready and educated on what the experience is going to be like as to not cause panic or fear as the effects set it. But I wanted to ask if anyone has any good advice on my first time to try it, something I probably won't read on Erowid or what not. Maybe on things such as a reasonable dose for a first time user, or anything else you may feel will help me out.

I'd appreciate any info. you guys see as valuable or helpful. Thanks alot!

Firstly, welcome! You might not be familiar with the forum but the Big and Dandy threads are usually where these kinds of general first time questions are asked. It might even be answered in there, here's a link: http://www.bluelight.ru/vb/showthread.php?t=316953

Secondly, unfortunately there's really not any comparison to any "normal" drugs for PCP. DXM and Ketamine are it's closest chemical relatives but they still pale in comparison to PCP's dissociation and disorientation. If you're into trippy stuff that certainly helps :) and it sounds like you have a good grasp of what to expect otherwise. I'd suggest having some at least benzos on hand in case things go awry. Although some weed/booze also will do in a pinch, be careful as both of those can magnify the mental trip and/or physical un-coordination you will undoubtedly experience. Really the only thing that will bring you down from a bad sherm trip for sure is an anti-psychotic like Seroquel or Risperdal, but you might not be able to find those. Most important thing is safety, if you or a friend is seriously freaking out and getting violent than don't be afraid to get some help or go to the hospital. It's better to get things taken care of than end up as another headline or statistic.

Stay safe man, good luck!
