Okay, I went on a little vacation off my subs for some oxys. When I started taking the subs again I began injecting them. I've been doing 1-2mg each day since(bout 3 days). Tomorow I am getting some more roxi's and I had a 1mg shot in morning and when I got home another 1mg shot. So my lady gets her roxi's at noon tomorow. I shot 1mg at noon today and then the other 1mg at 1030. I may have read this wrong but IV bupe has a half life of 8 hours? So tomorow at noon when I go get those roxi's would I be able to do them then and feel them due to the shortened half life of the bupe when I'vd,and do those dosages even create a blockade effect? . I plan on not taking my morning shot of 1mg of Sub in the morning since the roxi's are coming in at noon, soo with the half life shortned and at those doseages will the blockade effect be present. Thank you guys!

From what I have read on here..

The half-life of a drug is not dependent on ROA.

If bupe leaves your system faster when IV'd,(vs. sublingual) it is because it was absorbed by the blood in a quicker duration.

Even if half-life was dependent on ROA I would imagine bupes would still be longer than 8 hours. (hypothetically 15-30 hrs imo)

Bupe will bind strongly to your receptors even at low doses, so yes, that dose will create the "blockade effect", as you so eloquently put it. I'd wait 'til the next day at least, the most ideal situation for analgesia, would be to wait until you feel the beginning stages of withdrawal.
