Opioids question regarding codeine and oxycodone please

Hi

I have a tolerance of 450mg codeine, which doesn't really do much
I would like to know, how many oxynnorm (oxycodone) 10mg pills I would need to 'get anywhere'

Codeine is quite subjective to your metabolism and genome. Start low(!), build up, I wouldn't go above say 40-50mg on the first time even with tolerance. All the best, be careful.

Since codeine is so picky with your metabolism, stick with 5-10mg's, and add more on later if you feel like you need to.
