Stimulants Question for people prescribed Adderall or Dexedrine.

How do you ask your pdoc/doc for a dosage increase? What do you say without sounding like a drug addict?

I'm currently on 3 15mg Dexedrine, total: 45mg per day.

I would like to try 3 20mg Dexedrine, total: 60mg per day.


What Adderall or Dexedrine doses are you guys/gals on?
 
im on 30mg addys. i dont take them myself so idc aout dosage, but if i were you id be like "lately iv'e felt slightly unfocused and i feel like there not working as well. maybe its something im eating/drinking? or maybe its just not the right amount." oh and also any citric acid does kill amphetamines.
