Misc Question about possible Trazodone and Tramadol interactions

Hi all, I did search the forums and came across a few posts talking about taking Trazodone & Tramadol together but none which fit my situation, which is this:
I recently sprained my wrist and was prescribed Tramadol for pain. The doc would not have been aware of me taking Trazodone as it is not something I take consistently. I took 150mg of Trazodone to help me sleep a little over 30 hours ago and was wondering if it will be out of my system enough for me to take 100mg of Tramadol now. My concern is about possible Serotonin syndrome. I am pretty damn sure the Trazodone is out of my system enough by now that it won't be an issue, but wanted to get some second opinions. I do not consistently take Trazodone so it would not have a "build up" in my system. The Trazodone I took about 32 hours ago was the first one I've taken in probably 3 months.

I have taken trazodone and tramadol in time window 4-7 hours together and never had any problem. That doesnt mean its safe, but nothing bad happened at least in my case.
