Question about PMs

You can only PM people every 180 minutes whilst you're a Greenlighter. They do this because, unfortunately, some people come here to abuse Bluelight and try to sell or purchase drugs. Once you're a Bluelighter (when you've a pot count of 50) you'll be able to send and receive message and have a limit of 100 message including sent messages.
