Opioids Question about my next Dilaudid shot

So I have been out of the game for a while, but a few days ago I got a half an 8 of dilaudid and banged it. I got some intense pins and needles and the overall opiate euphoria. But to my surprise I didn't nod... Not once. I was sedated but didn't get that ope nod that i know and love. No opiate vomiting, nothing. So my question is I plan on getting a full 8 again, would it be safe to bang the whole 8? Or is this out of the question? Also I have been doing 1 narco 5 the past 3 days if that would effect my tolerance or not i do not know, its a fairly low dose. any insight is appreciated!
 
I never nod from Dilaudid when I do it, I find it stimulating like heroin.
except less fun and comes in waves.

Have you banged the Dilaudid before? or are you used to other opiates?



If you can get it, Oxymorphone (opana) and Oxycodone are the best ones.
But be careful with Oxymorphone as it's super potent, multiple times more potent than dilaudid in my opinion.

Do note though: I do not do opiates often and when I do I do not IV them, I insuffalate or smoke them. and definitely hate how un-smokable dilaudid is.
 
I'd fix the full thing, bang half, and push the rest slowly, till you're happy.....

You can get a pretty amazing rush that way. I never nod from hydromorphone, tbh.
 
Yeah I have banged dilaudid before but don't remember if I nodded or nod, its been so long ago. I OD'd on heroin a year and a half ago so I'm somewhat nervous to shoot a whole pill. But thanks for the idea, I will try loading the whole pill and pushing half, then do increments of the rest. Damn those pins and needles were amazing though =D

Yeah everyone does Dilaudid for that rush and pins&needles, but idk, it doesnt have balls IMO.

it's just not good.

and i've seen so many people stop breathing when they OD on it.

basically when you do enough to "nod" you instantly pass out and stop breathing on dilaudid.
it's sort of retarded I don't know why it's presc so much now. Because it keeps pain patients from nodding?
 
in my experience, banging dilaudid is a waste of time and money, all I get is an intense rush with pin and needles, followed by complete soberness. no buzz, no opiate afterglow, nothing. I would bang dilaudid 4's one after another, just for a rush that would go away

Yeah, I never nod from dilaudid. A few days ago, i shot 36mg and was super high, but not nodding. I then added some soma, and that made me nod a bit. But by itself, it doesn't really give u that good nod.
 
I used to nod from 30+ mg shots of Dilaudid...never got pins and needles.
.but i was an IV morphine user so i know what real pins and needles are lol.
Though I recently skipped my 120 mg daily dose of methadone for 72 hours until
withdrawal set in then used a 3 cc rig to IV 120 mgs of Dilaudid (4x 30 mg capsules)
I got a rush and the sickness left....but i wasn't hugh and still craved methadone

I had the 4mg small pills, So i was just crushing 2 at a time, and doing 8mg shots. I wish i would've had a bigger rig, I then would've crushed 4 or 6 at the same time and loaded that up. I do like the rush you get from IV dilaudid though. It's pretty nice and close to IV Heroin.
 
You can fit 8+ of the 4's or 8's in a 1ml rig, and probably a lot more, trust me on that...

I was kind of scared that If i loaded like 4 or more, I would have problems drawing up the solution because there would be more undissolved binders+fillers.
I've had problems like that before when shooting pills, so i was being careful doing it 2 by 2.
 
Depending on brand, the dillies are generally considered to be one of the least risky pills to bang. Micron filter if you can tho...you can make huge batches at one time, hydromorphone doesn't degrade in solution.
 
Hydromorphone is the drug in which i am most experienced with Iv'ing, it was the first drung in which introduced me to the pin, and it has provided me with much joy, yet has stolen everything from me..
In my experience The Dilaudid 8mg origainl tab's are by far the best to shoot, around my area they are the most prized but most shoot the hydromorph-contins range 3-30mg. Never have Iv hydro given me a pin's&needles feeling, but provides the most intense rush. which is what i love so much.. i have never vomited from Iv of any opiate.. have not been made nauseous by opiates since wayy back when i was sniffing oxy's. I have only tried heroin less then 1/2dozen times and it was nice but to me felt more like oxy and deff didnt have the rush of the hydromorph..\
but deff do the whole 8 brah u wont be dissapointed.
 
^^^See I've always loved the hydromorph contins just because they are so high dosed and easy to prep. ( just like the original oxycontin)

I startes IVing the 12s and 24s then moves up to 30s(they were dirt cheap too when i was onthem
 
Yeah, Today i finally loaded 4 in 1 shot. And the rush was very much like dope. It was lovely. I just hate how short it lasts.
But I would def. do it again. :)
 
Yeah that's weird to me that most people on here are saying that they got pins and needles from dilaudid, I've had hospital grade IV dilaudid quite a few times and the 8mgs pills IV and never got pins and needles at all, Morphine is the only drug I could get that feeling from but I really can't stand that feeling.. and then there is virtually no high after the intense pins and needles rush..morphine is my least favorite opiate, but dilaudid is my 2nd fav, after heroin. It has a nice warm calming effect but doesn't make me nod either.
 
it shoudl be fine to bang 8 but bro i temp lived in florida so i know a thing or 2 about em. if i were you i would have 2 needles one with a blue in it (depending on your tolerance) and the other needle with 4mg dilaudid in it. closest you can get to heroin possibly even better if you dose right.

i had a needle in each arm with each of em and i pushed off one after the other and it was the craziest OPIATE high ever.

the thing with dilaudid is that if its like your first dilaudid within a few days or months it better to do quarters or halfs at a time if its 8mg
